Unirac Solar: 22 Steps to 8 Inputs in 90 Days

Redesign of installer and distributor portal. Collapsed a 22-step BOM workflow into 8 inputs with live editable output, cutting installer interactions by 55% and contributing to $105M+ in YTD sales. Used two brainstorm prototypes and a design review to align stakeholders on the new-project flow, landing on a hybrid setup with reusable templates so repeat installers skip configuration. Led cross-functional team across multiple time zones.

Financial Intelligence Dashboard: Concept to Live in 4 Months

Led a 0-to-1 financial intelligence product end-to-end, translating UBPR and FRED datasets into metrics for community and mid-size banks. Ran weekly discovery with 3 banking design partners to ship a dashboard and AI chatbot for natural-language queries grounded in the bank’s own data. Now in active review with bank executives.

Repair Now: Conversational AI Diagnostics for Home Repairs

Built an AI repair portal where users describe a problem in plain language and the system asks targeted follow-up questions to generate a repair vs. replace quote. Embedded domain-specific APIs give more accurate diagnosis than generic AI tools, with full transparency on the diagnosis. Users can request a verified technician directly. Delivered beyond MVP; technician portal now in progress.

AwayDay: Pre-Call Intelligence for Property BD Agents

Built an AI research tool that eliminates the manual pre-call grind for property BD agents. Before a call, the system aggregates every public listing for a property, analyzes what is working and what is not, and surfaces actionable insights so agents can have meaningful conversations from the first minute instead of asking basic questions. MVP shipped; expanding.
